Type of Employment: Full time Permanent

Salary: Very attractive

Bonus: up to 8% of annual salary.

Location: Accra, Ghana (but candidate must be flexible for travels within and outside of Ghana)

The Business Development Executive will be at the “front line” of partner & customer engagement, acquisition and retention. He/she will work closely with our existing and prospective partners & customers, to establish long lasting relationships based on trust & transparency, while delivery tangible value through our products and services portfolio:

The Business Development Executive is:
  • Continuously researching new business opportunities and finding new customers & partners
  • “Nurturing” & expanding business with existing partners & customers
  • Leveraging the company reputation and her/his own industry contacts to best effect.
  • To succeed in the role, the executive will need to be self-driven, well-organized, commercially savvy, inspiring communicator, flexible and results driven, ideally with B2B working experience in the FinTech, Value Added Services and E-channels

You will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as form a dream team of Security and Networking experts.

Responsibilities:

You will be using a combination of traditional & digital tools to:

  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts (partners & customers)
  • Pro-Actively develop opportunities to sell products and services to prospective clients
  • Write and submit Tenders/Financial Offers
  • Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives
  • Develop and leverage the company’s brand and professional profile in coordination with our Marketing team
  • Keeping up with latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate development
  • Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions
Education/Qualification
  • MSc Marketing, or related field
  • Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Management position
